wine preferences

Post  rachel on Wed Mar 18, 2009 10:30 am

i'm finally starting to like wines, pretty much only white, have had a few reds that i like but not many.

just thought it might be fun to share some different wines that we like so we can try different things.

right now my two favorite wines are voga pinot grigio and kim crawford sauvignon blanc.

When I first started drinking wines I went for Reisling. Its German wine and its super sweet. I thought it was fantastic! Now, not so much. My tastes have definitely changed. Now I really like chardonnay. I also like Pinot Grigio. I'm all about my champagne right now though. I love Dom Perignon and Veuve Cliquot.

Jess, a few of the girls I work with swear by Arbor Mist, so you're not alone! I haven't tried it yet, but I think I'll buy a bottle just to see for myself. Only thing is, one of the girls said it has a twist-off cap, which really surprised me! Now, I don't buy real expensive wines, but at least the bottles I buy have a cork!!! LAUGH

I like tequila! J/K. I like Arbor Mist too. I prefer blush and some white wines. Honestly, though I rather have a Margarita. happyjoy

I've tried wine a couple of times, but it's just not my thing...Give me straight up liquor any day! hehehe

I may just have to try arbor mist and see if it's any good.

i've never heard of arbor wine.

there is a delicious amazingly priced sparkling wine called santi nello. i normally buy it for new years in place of champagne cause i don't feel like spending about 50 dollars a bottle on a big group of people, this one is only about 15 so i can buy a couple and it's not as painful.
